Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique used to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system. It's primarily used to reduce swelling (lymphedema), improve immune function, and promote detoxification. Manual lymph drainage is commonly used for post-surgical swelling (especially after cancer treatments), lymphedema management, chronic venous insufficiency, and for general detoxification and immune system support.
