Carolyn Albrecht, RMT
Carolyn graduated with Honours from Durham College’s Massage Therapy Program in 2022. She uses classic Swedish techniques coupled with individualized treatment plans to focus on areas of discomfort to alleviate muscle tension and pain. With training in relaxation, deep tissue and therapeutic massage, Carolyn uses a variety of moderate and deep pressure techniques to help her clients achieve their wellness goals. She believes that everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from the stress reduction and healing that massage therapy treatments provide.
